Neva Studios provides cinematic film production services. Any commission, quote, or engagement is governed by a separate written agreement; nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer.

All footage, stills, text, marks, and design elements on the Site are owned by Neva Studios or its licensors and are protected under EU and international copyright law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used to train machine-learning systems without prior written consent.

You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at volume, or use the Site in violation of applicable law.

The Site may link to third-party resources. Neva Studios is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neva Studios excludes all warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neva Studios is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights available to EU residents.
